Reservations
All reservations are made by email or telephone.
Recommendations
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. In case of delay, the time of your treatment will have to be shortened by the duration of your delay out of respect for the following customers.
Cancellations
For any cancellation, it would be advisable to contact us at least 48 hours before the start of your treatment, in order to avoid invoicing you for the appointment up to 50% of the price.
Respect
The center is a universe of tranquility and well-being, so it is not allowed to smoke, vape or drink in the heart of Aqua Wellness.
Access to this area is prohibited for at least 16 years old.
The management cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage to objects within the establishment.
Health
Treatments are exclusively reserved for people in good health. Please let us know of any health problem (allergies, injuries or other) that could interfere with the progress of your treatment or the use of the equipment. If in doubt, please consult your doctor before booking. All our treatments are non-therapeutic and have the sole objective of ensuring the well-being of our clients.
Dress code
Bathrobes, slippers and disposable underwear are available at the Spa reception. The hammam, salt cave sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool are aimed at our mixed clientele. Wearing a swimsuit or boxer is compulsory. Swimming shorts are not allowed. Long hair should be tied back.
